Our state gives strong support to high-tech enterprises to accelerate the development pace of hi-tech industries, adjusts and optimizes the industrial structure to promote good and fast development of national economy. Enterprises once identified as Hi-tech enterprises based on relevant provisions of "Management Methods for Hi-tech Enterprises Identification" <National Science Development Rocket Plan (2008) 172>, could enjoy preferential taxation policies according to "Enterprise Income Tax Law" and other provisions.

 

After application, NWM comes through experts¡¯ evaluation, identification from the professional institution, and then gains publicity on "the High-tech Enterprise Management Work Net", recorded and approved by National Leading Group Office for High-tech Enterprise Management Work, finally, is identified as state-level high-tech enterprises .
