1958
In June, the predecessor of NWM--Ningbo Comprehensive Instrument Factory was born.

1963
Was identified by the former Ministry of Machinery Industry as one of the first batch of professional water meter manufacturers in China, and it was the first time to play the <NB> brand in the water meter industry.

1965
Participated in the national scientific research project of unified design of national water meters as a major participant, and contributed to ending the situation that water meters need to be imported from abroad to the Chinese market.

1980
Continued to grow and expanded, and four companies were merged, which established the leading position in the industry.
|
1983
Was rated as the only high-quality water meter manufacturer in China. The output increased from 60,000 units in 1978 to 1 million units in 1983, accounting for about one-third of the output of designated enterprises in China.

1985
Became the first company in the industry to receive the No. 001 production license for the water meter industry, which was listed in "Ningbo Memorabilia".

1987
In march, our magnetic transmission water meter won the bid in the international public bidding in Philippines, becoming the first bid winner in Chinese water meter industry in the international market.
Successfully introduced the removable element woltman water meter of the former West German Meineck Company, and the localization rate has reached 100%.

1993
Rated as the first batch of first-class management enterprises in Ningbo city to implement export commodity inspection.

1994
Took the lead in passing the ISO9000 quality system certification in Chinese water meter industry, and had passed the two-year review and revision confirmation.

1997
Responded to Brazil's successful anti-dumping lawsuit against Chinese water meters, which was the first time that a domestic export enterprise had achieved a comprehensive victory by actively responding to the lawsuit.
Was awarded the "Famous Brand Product" by the Ministry of Machinery of the People's Republic of China.

2000
Was successfully transformed with the approval of the Ningbo Municipal People's Government in September. The state-owned capital of the former Ningbo Water Meter Factory was all replaced by the employees of the enterprise at one time, and it was established as Ningbo Water Meter Co., Ltd.

2005
Was announced as a potential 100 list of small and medium-sized enterprises in China by the world business magazine "Forbes", which further improved the market competitiveness and brand image of the enterprise.
Was successively rated as a high-tech enterprise in Ningbo and a high-tech enterprise in Zhejiang Province.

2006
Moved to a new factory invested and built in Ningbo Jiangbei Industrial Park, covering an area of 110 mu, with a construction area of 45,500 square meters and a production capacity of 6 million units. It is the largest water meter production base in the world today.

2007
Approved by China Quality Certification Center and passed ISO14000 Environmental System Certification.
Won the National Torch Program Project Certificate.

2009
was awarded the title of "Outstanding Contribution Unit in the Urban Water Supply and Drainage Industry", and is the only enterprise in Chinese water meter industry to be included in the commendation enterprise.
As a leading enterprise in the water meter industry, won the honor of "Ningbo's Most Successful Enterprise in the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of New China".

Carried out high-end technical cooperation with Zhejiang University.

In September the central laboratory of Ningbo Water Meter Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of National Accredited Water Meter Central Laboratory.
In October, the Water Meter Research Institute of Ningbo Water Meter Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of Provincial Enterprise Research Institute.

2014
In February, obtained the certificate of occupational health and safety management system.

2016
In January, was officially listed and publicly transferred in the National Equities Exchange and Quotations, and was included in the innovation layer, becoming one of the first batch of more than 900 innovation-level enterprises.

2017
In March, our NB-loT wireless smart water meter produced was used in the launch ceremony of the world's first NB-loT IoT smart water business project held in Shenzhen.

2019
On January 22, was successfully listed, and the stock was listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
